Sad to see that you’re using one of the oldest ‘jokes’ in the world in today’s B.C.
This strip used to be something I looked forward to every day, but in recent years has gone steadily downhill.
It’s my guess that after the death of John Hart, some family members attempted to carry on with the strip, but in time sought outside help — or maybe even sold the strip. Some of the strips have been inappropriate, some funny, some just not entertaining at all (such as today’s).
It seems to be the right time to get fresh new writers for these wonderful cartoon characters in the B.C. strip.

Dear Milton, We’re sorry that B.C. has disappointed you. Johnny’s grandson, Mason Mastroianni is the head writer and cartoonist. His brother, Mick, is a co-writer. We are going to focus on the fact that you found some to be funny! We do appreciate your feedback. Thanks.
