So, the real question is, is Tucker directing that at the other dog, or Will? I think Will, as he is acting like that guy who yells, “Hold me back, someone hold me back” so he can look tough. Only Will has actually proven his toughness, so this seems like he is trying to maintain his rep, but doesn’t *actually* want to hurt anyone. The fact he will let Tucker “put a leash on him” in front of other dogs is also showing how much he respects and is friends with Tucker.
So: Will is lucky to have Tucker as a friend. The other dog is lucky that Will just wants to warn him and not hurt him. Will hasn’t shown himself to be aggressive to other dogs without reason.
