OK, If I were running a shooting emporium for nearsighted people, there would be no windows, the whole place would be a concrete bunker, all the targets would be glow-in-the-dark, and the lights turned off, so that the targets were the only things visible. Not necessarily perfect solutions, but the best I can do.
