It appears that certain groups of our government are too busy being sore losers to actually do the work that we the taxpayers are paying them to do. Obviously they never learned about how to be gracious losers. In the real world of work they would be encouraged to pursue new opportunities elsewhere if they were not doing the job they were hired to do.
